There are quite a number of questions that you might have which are answered on pages within this web site. However we know there are also many that are not!

The club and this website are run by volunteers and a lot of people help out a little bit in a number of different areas and roles. To help us route your question to the right person please click on the relevant link below. Please also take a look at our FAQ page which may help you.​

If you are interested in joining our club then we offer a free taster session to come and try things out, ask questions, and generally make sure it's a good fit for you. Occaisionally we have waiting lists for some groups and we will advise you if this is the case.​

We take athletes from school year 3 and above, unfortunately we cannot accommodate anyone who is younger than this.
